How does the loyalty club work?

You receive one point per dollar spent on your food & beverage when dining at any of our locations. Points are automatically converted into $25 Reward Dollars at every 500 point increment.

How do I start earning points?

The key to earning points is the Check-In page on the LettuceEats app. Tap ‘Check In’ at the bottom of the app screen, then tap the name of the restaurant where you are dining, the app will then generate the four-digit payment code. Write that number at the bottom of the restaurant check in the box that reads ‘LettuceEats Mobile Code’

What happends to my points at the end of the calendar year?

If you have at least one paid visit/points added to your account during the calendar year, the points on your account will rollover to the following year.

If you have not had a paid visit/points added during a calendar year, any un-redeemed points remaining at the end of the year will be forfeited at year’s end (Dec 31).

Will I receive something extra to commermorate my birthday?

Members with a point accrual transaction in the previous 12 months and a birth date on their member profile will receive a Birthday Reward on the first day of the month of their birthday.

The Birthday Reward will be posted on your member account.
